The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Chongming, Shanghai waste incineration plant Phase II passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on October 4, 2021.

The plant capacity is 500 t/d of domestic solid waste. One 500 t/d mechanical grate furnace is adopted for the incineration line. The FGC adopted the treatment process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + sodium bicarbonate dry + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SGH + SCR catalytic denitration. This is an EP project of Huaxing.

The achievements of Jiangsu Huaxing in Shanghai include Songjiang Phase II, Chongming Phase II, Jiading, etc.
