華星東方承建的湖北省十堰市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電工程煙氣凈化項(xiàng)目于2023年06月15日開工建設(shè)。
The flue gas cleaning project of Shiyan Municipal solid waste incineration power generation in Hubei Province, undertaken by Huaxing East, has started construction since 15th. Jun 2023.

該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾1200噸，一期工程焚燒線采用1x600t/d機(jī)械爐排爐。煙氣凈化采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR（氨水）+爐內(nèi)高分子脫硝（預(yù)留）＋半干法(消石灰漿液)＋干法(消石灰噴射)＋活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵器+SCR（預(yù)留）+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩(wěn)定化”的處理工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。
The design scale of this project is 1200 tons of household waste incineration per day. The incineration line of the first phase has taken 1x600t/d mechanical grate furnace. Flue gas cleaning adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (ammonia water)+ high molecular denitrification (reserved)+ semi-dry method (slaked lime slurry)+ dry method (slaked lime spray)+ activated carbon spray + bag dust collector +SCR (reserved)+ fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", all of which have been supplied by HEPT.

目前華星東方在湖北省的業(yè)績涵蓋包括：武漢新溝、武漢千子山、石首、當(dāng)陽、利川、十堰、十堰丹江口、隨州、黃岡羅田、咸寧、荊州公安、荊州監(jiān)利、孝感、黃岡紅安、荊州洪湖、仙桃、荊門沙洋、襄陽武安等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
At present, HEPT's reference in Hubei Province covers: Xingou Wuhan, Qianzishan Wuhan, Shishou, Dangyang, Lichuan, Shiyan, Danjiangkou Shiyan, Suizhou, Luotian Huanggang, Xianning, Gong'an Jingzhou, Jianli Jingzhou, Xiaogan, Hongan Huanggang, Jingzhou Honghu, Xiantao, Shayang Jingmen, Wuan Xiangyang and many other projects.
