12月23日，“青春同學，卓越濟夢”同濟大學優(yōu)秀學子風采展示暨2025年獎學金頒獎典禮在同濟大學四平路校區(qū)大禮堂盛大舉行。江蘇華星東方，作為與同濟大學有著多年深厚校企合作關系的企業(yè)，榮幸受邀參加此次盛會。一同出席的還有同濟大學校黨委書記、中國工程院院士鄭慶華，校長、中國科學院院士楊金龍等校方領導以及學生代表。 On Dec 23rd, the presentation of outstanding Tongji students and the 2025 scholarship award ceremony, themed “Youthful Classmates, Aspiring Excellence,” was grandly held at the grand auditorium on the Siping Campus of Tongji University. Jiangsu Huaxing East, an enterprise that has maintained a profound university-industry partnership with Tongji for many years, was honored to attend the event. Also present were Party Secretary of Tongji University and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zheng Qinghua, President and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yang Jinlong, together with other university leaders and student representatives.
人才的支撐和驅動是企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新的核心源動力，為了更好地培養(yǎng)和吸引優(yōu)秀人才，為企業(yè)發(fā)展儲備力量，2022年11月，我們攜手同濟大學環(huán)境科學與工程學院，共同成立了“華星東方助學基金”。我們希望通過校企協(xié)同育人的模式，下好人才“先手棋”，謀好聚才“大文章”，為環(huán)保行業(yè)培養(yǎng)、輸送更多高素質、高技能的復合型人才。這不僅是企業(yè)未來人才發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略布局，更是一家有社會責任感的企業(yè)，為推動環(huán)保事業(yè)進步所應盡的義務。 Talent support and drive constitute the core source of power for corporate technological innovation. To better cultivate and attract outstanding talent and to build a talent pipeline for corporate development, in Nov 2022 we joined hands with the College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University to establish the “HEPT Student Aid Fund.” Through a university-enterprise collaborative education model, we aim to make the first move in talent cultivation and to craft a grand strategy for talent acquisition, cultivating and delivering more high-quality, high-skilled interdisciplinary professionals to the environmental protection industry. This is not only a strategic layout for the company’s future talent development, but also an obligation that a socially responsible enterprise should undertake to advance environmental progress.
多年來，華星東方與同濟大學攜手共進，在合作中不斷探索前行。公司匯聚從同濟大學畢業(yè)的骨干人才，他們憑借扎實的專業(yè)知識和創(chuàng)新的思維方式，為公司的發(fā)展注入強大動力?；谕瑵鷮W校及學子的優(yōu)良基礎，我們與同濟大學共同搭建了“產(chǎn)學研基地”，將“環(huán)保設備的研發(fā)制造和煙氣（尾氣）凈化處理技術”作為主要研究方向。通過這一平臺，我們不斷拓寬產(chǎn)教融合的廣度，深入挖掘校企合作的深度，在環(huán)保領域深耕細作，取得更多突破。 For many years, HEPT and Tongji University have moved forward hand in hand, continuously exploring new ground in our cooperation. The company has gathered backbone talents who graduated from Tongji; with their solid professional knowledge and innovative mindset, they inject strong momentum into corporate growth. Building on the excellent foundation of Tongji and its students, we have jointly built a “University-Industry Research Base,” focusing on “R&D and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment and flue-gas (tail-gas) treatment technologies.” Through this platform, we constantly broaden the scope of industry-education integration and deepen university-enterprise cooperation, working intensively in the environmental field to achieve further breakthroughs.
在此次頒獎典禮上，我們看到了同學們對知識的渴望和對未來的憧憬。他們用鮮花與詩篇，向悉心教導他們的師長致以崇高敬意，向鼎力支持他們的社會各界表達誠摯感謝。這讓我們深受感動，也更加堅定了我們繼續(xù)支持教育事業(yè)、助力人才培養(yǎng)的決心。未來，華星東方將繼續(xù)與同濟大學和衷共濟，共同書寫校企合作的新篇章，為環(huán)保事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻更多的智慧和力量。 At the award ceremony, we could conceive that students yearn for knowledge and their vision for the future. With flowers and poems, they paid high tribute to the mentors who have guided them attentively and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all sectors of society that have supported them. This moved us deeply and further strengthened our resolve to continue supporting education and to help cultivate talent. In the future, HEPT will continue to work in harmony with Tongji University to turn a new chapter in university-industry cooperation and to contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of environmental protection.
