我公司承建的福建省泉州市德化生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2025年12月06日通過72+24小時試運行。 HEPT's FGC system for Dehua MSW Incineration Power Generation Plant in Quanzhou has passed 72+24 hour trial operation since 6th. Dec 2025.
該項目設計規(guī)模為日處理生活垃圾400噸，配置1×400t/d焚燒爐＋1×10MW汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣處理采用“SNCR+SER脫硝+半干法（旋轉噴霧反應塔）+干法+活性炭噴射+布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。 The project is designed to process 400 tons of MSW per day, equipped with 1×400t/d incinerator and 1×10MW steam turbine generator set. The FGCS adopts a treatment process combining "SNCR + SER denitrification + semi-dry method (rotary spray reaction tower) + dry method + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization", which is an EPC project undertaken by HEPT.
