我公司承建的寧夏回族自治區(qū)吳忠市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目二期煙氣凈化工程于2025年08月15日開工建設(shè)。
HEPT has broken ground on Phase II FGCS for Wuzhong WtE plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region since 15th. Aug 2025.

本次為二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目，設(shè)計(jì)生活垃圾處理規(guī)模為500t/d，配置1x500t/d焚燒爐+1x10MW抽凝式式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣凈化采用“SNCR+半干法（旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧反應(yīng)塔）+干法(噴射氫氧化鈣)+活性炭噴射+布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化”的處理工藝，為我司EPC工程。
This Phase II expansion system features a designed MSW treatment capacity of 500 TPD, configured with one 500t/d incineration line and one 10MW extraction-condensing steam turbine generator unit. The FGCS employs a multi-stage process comprising SNCR, semi-dry scrubbing (rotary atomizer spray dryer), dry scrubbing (hydrated lime injection), activated carbon injection, baghouse filtration and fly ash conveying, storage & stabilization. This system is executed by HEPT on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis.
