華星東方承建的內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)烏蘭察布市卓資生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目小型爐排及煙氣凈化工程于2024年06月28號開工建設(shè)。這一項目不僅是華星東方在環(huán)保領(lǐng)域深耕細作的又一力作,更是在小型垃圾焚燒技術(shù)應(yīng)用上的一次重要突破,具有標桿示范意義。
The Small-scale Grate and FGC system of Zhuozi MSW Incineration Power Generation Plant in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, undertaken by HEPT, has commenced construction since June 28th., 2024. This project represents not only another masterpiece of HEPT's dedicated cultivation in the environmental protection sector but also a significant breakthrough in small-scale waste incineration technology application, bearing exemplary demonstration significance.
該項目建設(shè)總規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾75噸,其中該項目采用小型1x75t/d往復式機械爐排爐,煙氣凈化采用“SNCR+固定噴霧+BHF+SCR”的處理工藝,為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。
The project has a total capacity of 75 tons of MSW incineration treatment per day, adopting a small-scale 1×75t/d reciprocating mechanical grate furnace with FGC system utilizing the "SNCR + Semi-Dry Spray + BHF + SCR" treatment process, with equipment all supplied by HEPT.

In active response to national policy calls encouraging the development of small-scale waste incineration technology in county-level regions, HEPT has keenly captured market demands and leveraging profound technical accumulation and rich industry experience, devoted full efforts to the R&D and manufacturing of small-scale waste incineration grate furnaces. This small-scale grate furnace applied in the Zhuozi WtE plant is the result of HEPT's joint R&D with industry partners based on industry technology exploration and market demand research. Through modular design and process optimization, a solution compliant with domestic environmental standards and regional disposal requirements has been formed, embodying the practical value of industry technology collaborative innovation.
從設(shè)計理念來看,它充分考慮了縣域地區(qū)垃圾產(chǎn)生量相對較少、分布較為分散的特點,以小型化為核心優(yōu)勢進行精準打造。其緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,極大地節(jié)省了占地面積,對于土地資源相對緊張的縣域地區(qū)而言,無疑是最佳選擇。即便在有限的場地空間內(nèi),也能輕松實現(xiàn)高效穩(wěn)定運行,為當?shù)乩幚硖峁┝吮憬萸铱尚械慕鉀Q方案。
From a design concept perspective, it fully considers the characteristics of relatively small and dispersed waste generation in county-level regions, with miniaturization as its core advantage for precision development. Its compact structural design significantly saves land occupation, making it undoubtedly the optimal choice for county-level regions with relatively tight land resources. Even within limited site space, it can easily achieve efficient and stable operation, providing convenient and feasible solutions for local waste treatment.
技術(shù)性能方面,該小型爐排爐具備卓越的燃燒效率。通過獨特的往復式機械運動設(shè)計,能夠使垃圾在爐排上充分翻滾、攪拌,實現(xiàn)均勻燃燒,確保垃圾中的有機物得到充分分解和轉(zhuǎn)化,最大程度地減少二噁英等有害物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)生。同時,先進的燃燒控制系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)垃圾的熱值、水分等特性,實時精準調(diào)整燃燒參數(shù),保證燃燒過程的穩(wěn)定性和高效性,有效提高了能源利用率,實現(xiàn)了垃圾處理的減量化、無害化和資源化。
In terms of technical performance, this small grate furnace possesses excellent combustion efficiency. Through unique reciprocating mechanical motion design, it enables waste to fully tumble and stir on the grate, achieving uniform combustion and ensuring complete decomposition and conversion of organic matter in waste, minimizing the generation of dioxins and other harmful substances. Meanwhile, the advanced combustion control system can real-time precisely adjust combustion parameters according to waste calorific value, moisture content, and other characteristics, ensuring combustion process stability and efficiency, effectively improving energy utilization rate, and achieving waste treatment reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization.

The small-scale 1×75t/d reciprocating mechanical grate furnace planned for the Zhuozi MSW Incineration Power Generation Project in Ulanqab was designed with full consideration of the special needs of small-scale application scenarios during the design phase. The design team created a small grate furnace with efficient combustion performance, convenient later maintenance, and good adaptability to different waste components, fully satisfying local domestic waste treatment needs in terms of technical reliability, economic rationality, and environmental friendliness. It not only provides reliable technical guarantee for local MSW treatment but also establishes a classic example for HEPT in the small-scale waste incineration grate field.

Over the past 4-5 years, HEPT has completed a strategic leap from one FGC system to dual-core coordinated development of "Flue Gas Treatment + Core Equipment Manufacturing," relying on keen market insight and powerful technical integration capabilities. Building upon process advantages and engineering experience accumulated in FGC system field, HEPT has gradually extended upstream in the solid waste incineration industry chain. In the equipment manufacturing sector, HEPT has successively completed customized grate production tasks for V?lund, Mitsubishi, Dyna-green, Ebara, LAWI and others, successfully achieving large-scale implementation of incineration grate manufacturing OEM business. From precision component processing to complete furnace system integration, it has constructed a full-chain manufacturing system covering design, process and quality control. HEPT has also deeply participated in equipment upgrade and transformation for over twenty incineration projects including Shanghai Jiading, Guangyuan, Huiyang, Fengcheng, Anshun, Jinzhou and Wuzhong, forming a full-cycle maintenance service system covering equipment overhaul, system optimization and intelligent operation & maintenance, having completed maintenance and servicing tasks for over 100 sets of core equipment.

Through the dual-wheel drive of manufacturing OEM and operation & maintenance services, HEPT has established a manufacturing base with annual production capacity of 500 sets of incineration core equipment and built a global service network covering Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia. From specializing in FGC system to leader in solid waste incineration equipment manufacturing, HEPT has been using technological innovation as its engine to continuously deepen the localization substitution process for key equipment including incineration grates and water-cooled systems, steadily advancing toward the strategic goal of becoming a "Leading Enterprise in Solid Waste Incineration Equipment Manufacturing."

To date, HEPT has successfully implemented multiple benchmark grate, FGC system and supporting facility projects globally, covering locations including overseas, Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan, Maha Sarakham, Sa Kaeo, Chainat, Chumphon, Ratchaburi and Rayong in Thailand, Spain, Norway and Indonesia projects with GEA, Palembang Indonesia, TK, IKSI, Thai Binh Vietnam, Selangor Malaysia, Hyderabad, Pune and Dundigal in India, Varaka in Turkey, West Nagasaki in Japan as well as domestic locations including Nanhai in Foshan Guangdong, Zhuozi in Inner Mongolia, Changning in Hunan and Guangyuan in Sichuan. HEPT has cumulatively participated in over 300 global solid waste incineration plants, with more than 500 sets of FGC systems already in operation or completed, spanning 31 regions domestically and internationally.
