我公司承建的浙江省寧波市慈溪生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化提標改造工程于2025年12月25日開工建設。 HEPT has started construction on FGC system upgrading for Cixi Ningbo MSW incineration power plant since 25th. Dec 2025.
該項目一期、二期、三期工程包括4套處理垃圾750t/d的爐排爐焚燒處理線及對應煙氣凈化處理線（5#~8#爐）。5#~7#原煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)：SNCR爐內(nèi)脫硝（氨水）+半干法脫酸+活性炭噴射+干法噴射+布袋除塵+SCR。本次提升技改5#~7#焚燒線的煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容包括“GGH+濕法脫酸”，為我司EPC工程。 The Phase I, II and III projects of this facility include four grate-fired incineration lines with a treatment capacity of 750 t/d each, together with their corresponding FGC Systems (Furnaces #5 to #8). The original FGC system for Furnaces #5–7 adopt the following process: SNCR denitrification inside the furnace (ammonia water) + semi-dry deacidification + activated carbon injection + dry sorbent injection + baghouse filtration + SCR. This upgrading and retrofitting scope for FGC systems of Furnaces #5–7 covers the addition and integration of: GGH + wet deacidification. This whole project will have been delivered by HEPT on an EPC basis.
